The deck on this South Nashua Garrison was rotten and used cheaper materials shortening its life. Cheap looking plastic lattice also took awat from the yard's beauty. The deck was enlarged to a comfortable size and an 8X8 hot tub was sunken into the deck. The owner opted for pressure treated wood for the aesthetic value and long life. Real wood lattice also provides a nice detail, and special access panels built into the lattice provide access for maintaining the tub.
